5. 对数据有疑义书，应在《中国民众共合国肉制品卫生法》《中国民众共合国农品设备安全保障性能卫生法》同时《中国民众共合国设备设备安全保障性能法》等法令政策法规法规的疑义书期前推出，延期将予以核发。

  Inspection and testing organizations are responsible for the conformity of the inspection items of the samples submitted by the client. The representativeness and authenticity of the submitted samples are the responsibility of the client. If the basis for judgment is provided by the client, the authenticity and validity thereof are the responsibility of the client.

8. 数据毕竟仅反映出对待测土样的品价。

  The test report only reflects the appraisal of the entrusted samples.

9. “—”表达出来受托方未出具关联资讯或车辆未标志。

   “—” refers to no related information was received or marked on the product.

10. 科学检测实验室对评估中的因此数据短信承当，委派方给出的数据短信不在其内。
